Alex Potter ensures the seamless execution of MCUIH’s daily operations, leveraging her extensive experience in healthcare coordination and administrative management. As Operations Director, Alex plays a critical role in streamlining workflows, managing key processes, and enhancing organizational efficiency to support MCUIH’s mission.

Prior to joining MCUIH, Alex honed her expertise at Billings Clinic Broadwater, where she skillfully managed budgets, met tight deadlines, and handled complex operational responsibilities with precision. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to navigate multifaceted challenges make her an invaluable asset to the consortium.

In addition to her role at MCUIH, Alex serves her community as the Chair of the Broadwater County Mental Health Local Advisory Council and as Secretary for Broadwater County Social Services Committee. These roles reflect her commitment to improving mental health services and social support systems in her region.

Residing in Townsend, MT, Alex enjoys spending time with her two boys and dogs, balancing her professional dedication with her passion for family and community well-being.
